
Sometimes in life even with the best plans and intentions things don't work out exactly like we want them to. Being able to give yourself grace when not meeting personal expectations can be very important for your mental well being. This episode is a follow up to the tips given in episode 18 on how to do more of the things you want. I discuss the reality of even when following my own plan well the expectation I had set and the actions I took were not quite in full alignment. This recording is an honest evaluation of how we sometimes fall short of our own expectations and by taking the time to evaluate them we can achieve more of what we set out to in the future.
