Joining us is Dr Kristy Goodwin, she is one of Australia’s leading Digital wellbeing experts, researcher, speaker, consultant and author of the book Raising our child in a digital world. Dr Kristy is on a mission to help parents tame toxic tech habits and stop our kids being a slave to the screen.
Dr Kristy worked as an educator for fourteen years at Abbotsleigh, Mosman Prep and several public schools, before becoming an academic and speaker. She has spoken at national and international conferences, at schools, workplaces and medical conferences throughout Australia.
She provides evidence-based information and realistic solutions about how technology is impacting students’ physical and mental health and shaping their learning.
