Finding a place to move is fun and easy - many options to choose from and there’s plenty of supply!
Since we are in first world countries, moving house is so efficient and such a breeze.
Living solo is so much more expensive. So it’s always better to live with housemates on a flat-sharing arrangement.
Most houses for rent in Australia and New Zealand are fully-furnished - so no need to worry about investing on your own furniture, beddings, housewares, and even parking is provided!
Given the Covid-19 pandemic, house options and setup in Australia and New Zealand are now fully equipped to support working-from-home situations.
I follow certain traditions/superstitions while choosing and moving into a new house (feng shui and example: rice and salt should be the first items to enter the house)
