Setting Intentions - Lucy gives examples of the types of intentions you can set.
They discuss prioritising yourself and self-love, the negatives of instant gratification and your soul, awareness, consciousness.
Lucy explains different ideas you can use to write down your intentions to make sure you do them - setting a reminder on your phone, adding a calendar reminder to your calendar, add it as a wallpaper to your phone (you can use this for manifestation too), post it notes, journaling, notes in your phone, voice notes, write on your mirror, white board or black board.
They remind you to make sure you celebrate your little achievements when working towards a goal. Celebrate your successes and praise yourself!
