We discuss Jay Shetty’s routine NIGHT and how we both need to establish a better evening routine.
No phones 1 hour before bed
Intentions – setting intentions for the next day for example: I will wake up rested, healthy and happy re-fuelled and full of abundance, I will wake up feeling positive to achieve all that I can
Gratitude for the day
Heal it away – write about any situations or issues that have upset you or where you’ve experienced negative emotions, acknowledging it’s happened.
Time – set a time for going to bed/sleep.
We think it’s really important to resolve any issues you’ve had that day to make sure you get a good night sleep and don’t spend time overthinking things that have happened.
