Viviana Coloma is the Program Director of SOLYDES Accelerator & the Managing Partner of the 1st VC of Bolivia - Escalatec. Since 2013 she has led international programs for entrepreneurs. Her expertise as a coach has allowed her to support entrepreneurs to scale their businesses and strengthen their leadership. Viviana also contributes to the ecosystem by writing a monthly column on leadership issues and was one of the first participants in the women's TEDX in Bolivia.
