On a hot summer morning in June 2020, 29-year-old Lauren Dumolo left her Cape Coral, Florida apartment and was never seen again.
Her purse was found abandoned on a bench at Four Freedoms Park. Her cell phone? Back at her apartment. And her flip-flops—discovered later—near a drainage ditch just blocks from where she was last seen.
