Finding grace in your self-love journey can feel a little out of reach when you're over-giving, working too hard, feeling the weight of perfectionism on your shoulders. Often times, we're given opportunities to check in and see how far we've come. Even if that means repeated lessons (thanks, Mercury Retrograde) but it never means you failed. You're still on the right track, especially if you're still betting on yourself and finding new ways to set new boundaries. I chatted with the lovely and ever-inspiring Sofía Aguilar this episode and we dove into how we use art to help us heal. We even got to hear a beautiful poem that felt aligned with my healing journey. We hope this episode brings you light and makes you feel less alone.
