Surprise! I turned my self-love journey blog into a podcast. After seven years of documenting my life on my blog, findalovelylife.com, I decided to give it a rebirth. I share the highlights of my self-love journey so far along with some tools that have helped me, especially words. They anchor my self-love journey more than I realized. I did start this as a blog after all, but now it's time to add words from more lovely souls. My first guest is one of my most supportive friends, Jenissa Graham who just finished a year of "me" and is embarking on her year of "more" oh so fearlessly. And our lovely letter at the end will remind you that you are in fact very loved. (It's okay, even I forget sometimes too.)
