it is always a great idea to take a look at your agency identity and decide if you are where you should be.  Are you serving the clients that you and your team are uniquely qualified to serve in the ways that you are uniquely qualified to serve them?  In this episode, I talk about a transition that I made in my business to replace myself in my agency and putting the majority of my efforts into the area where I am most passionate - Financial Planning.  I hope that you will take a few minutes to determine if any changes need to be made in your agency so that you will have #noregrets!
