After a successful career as an Executive Director in 2 different industries, Chris stepped down after 4 years as MD at the UK's leading challenger bank, Metro Bank to undertake a portfolio career as NED, International Speaker, Executive Coach and Consultant in business and sport.

Since stepping down he has had a fulfilling 2nd career, which has seen him recognised with an MBE for services to sport and winner of the Institute of Directors, UK Non Executive Director of the Year in 2017.

Chris is a leading Conference speaker in the UK, Europe, Africa and Australia covering topics such as Customer Excellence, Leadership, Change, Employee Engagement and how to build High Performing teams through growth mindset.

Chris is also Chair at Rugby League World Cup 2021.
