Clark Monroe is an Award Winning filmmaker based in San Diego, California. Clark Monroe, born Darwin Richard, was born on November 23,1986 in Olongapo City Philippines. Clark is a Film Director, Writer, and and a Film Producer. Clark started his career as a film actor in 2020 and after starring in his first and only role in a feature film entitled Sellout by Director Daniel Florenzano, he made a transition to being behind the cameras.
