In this episode, we dive into why we haven’t been posting in a while or been on social media and the simple answer is… mercury is in retrograde. All jokes aside, we do explain where we have been and explaining the fact that we been working on a part of ourselves called the shadow self. We dive deep into what is that “shadow” self and what exactly do we navigate through that. We talk about our personal experiences and what we do to stay grounded.
