You have got to SUFFER to grow! Suffering is the true test of life. We must all suffer one of two things; the pain of discipline or the pain of regret or disappointment. Growing pain always hurts and so my question here for you is, how much are you willing to suffer for your own growth, whether it’s physically, mentally, personally, professionally or emotionally? Give or take?! Of course, in most case scenarios it is much easier to take/receive than give. A few examples for you to get a better idea of what I’m talking about. How much easier it is to receive than give something away? How much easier/better it is to get paid, than pay somebody? How much easier it is to eat anything you like in any amount, than to actually burn it by working out? My point here directs once again to one of my favourite quotes: “If you do what’s easy, your life will be hard. If you do what’s hard, your life will be easy.” Choice is totally YOURS but don’t forget to remember this: Nothing great or worth pursuing lies within your comfort zone!
