Fidelity's Advisor Sales department is a great place for young professionals to rise through the ranks and establish their careers in the financial services industry. Many members of this department started out as co-op students and have grown through multiple different roles on their journey up the advisor sales career ladder. Both of today's guests are former co-op students and have now found a permanent place in the Advisor Sales team. Joining host Tamara Radocaj today are senior business development manager Nicole Dungey, and Business Development Representative Ariana Bill. They provide an overview of the sales development program at Fidelity that allows employees to be promoted through various different roles in the first years of their career, from business development representative to associate, manager, and senior manager roles, eventually leading up to the district vice president role.
