Career Coffee Chat: Insights from the Product Team | Episode 78
On today’s episode, host Emily Anonuevo sits down with Product Research team members Maeghan Chandler and Paul Aulicino, both of whom are former Fidelity co-op students, to share their career journeys and insights into working in financial services. The product research team maintains established funds, communicates with portfolio managers, and provides insights into financial advisors, making it a great place for employees and students to develop the relevant skills needed to succeed in the financial services industry, and creating a learning environment that provides mentorship opportunities to help employees grow in their careers. Meaghan and Paul share how they both discovered their passion for finance and embraced Fidelity’s supportive culture on their respective co-op terms, and the opportunities they have taken advantage of during their time on the product research team. They also talk about the most rewarding aspects of working in this industry, as well as the biggest challenges, and share advice for students interested in financial services and product research roles.
