About Dr. O: Dr. Olymphia O’Neale-White, known as Dr. O, is a dedicated educator, public speaker, and advocate in social work. As the founder of "Through My Lense Consulting Services LLC," she promotes cultural inclusion and prepares future professionals with her energetic and humorous approach. Dr. O specializes in reproductive mental health, driven by her personal experiences with infertility and child loss, and has received the 2024 NASW Emerging Leader in Social Work Award. She holds degrees in Sociology, Social Work (MSW), and a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW). In her free time, she enjoys singing, dancing, crafting soap, and traveling.
