Pinckney, BS CTRS, QMHP-T, E-RYT 200, RPYT, YACEP (she/her/hers) started Embodied by Me to provide gentle flow+sound meditation sessions to empower individuals to show up for themselves and engage regardless of yoga abilities. The focus is on breath work, meditation, gentle guidance, and incorporating yoga philosophy into the session. Embodied by Me sessions enable individuals to feel regenerated, find inner peace, build gratitude, in addition to embodying positive vibes and thoughts.
