We often live in the world feeling that we have no choice, Susan would say that even thinking we have no choice is a choice. She encourages listeners to sit with the question: who do I want to be and where do I want to go next? Fundamentally, you do have a choice. It’s important that our choices be in alignment with what we want to create in the world. When we stop, get quiet and allow things to come to the front of our minds instead of being in a state of resistance, then our better choices can rise. Susan reminds listeners to tap into what your choices could create. Remembering to ask if each choice is congruent. Life is full of choices, both of doing and not doing. What if you indulged in a completely different choice by allowing yourself to do things differently or show up differently.
