In the final episode of the first season of Females in The Mix Podcast I talk to Claire Rose, who is a Women in CTRL Community Manager and PRS for Music Outreach Manager. Claire shares her hands on experience being involved in organising events focused on women in music and overall ethnicity, sexuality and gender equality issues, as well as advice on where women should seek for support in fighting discrimination, unconscious bias and sexism in the industry.
