Wally Sparks has led an extraordinary career in law enforcement and in higher education. Serving as a police chief for nearly a decade and working in higher education serving as an Adjunct College Instructor at Upper Iowa University for four years.

Mr. Sarks has begun focusing on how he can best serve the people of South Carolina and will be on the June 14 ballot for South Carolina House District 1.
