Generational patterns and trauma are passed on through family lines, and can be both direct and indirect.  In this episode, I discuss the ways in which generational patterns and trauma are passed on and how to work your way through it.  I also discuss the parent-child relationship and why it's important to heal from it.

This episode is also one for any parents out there wondering how they can avoid passing on a heap of generational patterns and trauma to their own children - the end of the episode outlines the very best thing you can do for your own healing and for your childrens'.  The goal is never to be a perfect parent, but we can make a conscious choice to break cycles and try to avoid passing down generational patterns and trauma.
