Jenna and Natasha discussed the Employment Law, Connecticut requires employers to disclose wage ranges and expands scope of gender-based wage discrimination effective October 2021. Connecticut also prohibited employers from requesting or requiring a prospective employee to provide their age, date of birth, dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution on an initial employment application.
