At FATHOM, we believe that in order to lead a joy filled and fulfilling life, one must have the courage to pursue that which they find meaningful. In our busy modern world, however, where internal and external obstacles abound, that pursuit becomes even more difficult for young people everywhere. Through conversations with guests who are experimenting with 'adulting' relatively successfully, we will bring raw and honest conversations that will add value to the journeys of our audience members.

EP 28: Julia Gaitho: On finding purpose in creative pursuits, building Over25, and her path to authenticity

In this episode, I sit down with creator extraordinaire Julia Gaitho, a podcaster, producer, digital content creator, and marketing professional. During her career in corporate Kenya, Julia discovered a passion for storytelling, which led to the creation of an award-winning YouTube channel that opened numerous doors for her.

Julia is the producer behind two well-known podcasts in the region, So This Is Love and It's Related, I Promise. She is also the founder of Over25, a popular Kenyan YouTube channel and brand that featured four women engaging in candid conversations on topics such as relationships, careers, and personal growth. The channel garnered a significant following for its relatable content and authenticity.

In addition to her creative ventures, Julia dedicates her talents to addressing social issues affecting girls and women. She describes her work as an evolutionary process of storytelling that deepens curiosity about and understanding of the human condition.
