Ep 22 - Watch your language! (Eric Patton)

Eric Patton & his wife Jenny are the founders of Inspire Change Collective. Eric has worked with over 100 clients as a relationship life coach. His specialty is helping clients change the story they're telling themselves, allowing them to remove limiting beliefs. He talks about the importance of how our language & our thinking  shape our lives. Paying attention to this is so important as a Father. Eric was raised by his grandmother from a very early age, after his Dad received a 25 year prison sentence & his Mom was unable to care for him. If anyone knows the effects of trauma at an early age, it's Eric. Now that he has healed properly through a lot of self work, he is able to walk clients down a similar path of healing & restoration. You don't have to live with the negative effects of your past! But you have to be willing to open up, be vulnerable & do the deep work.
