Fatherly Grit / Week 2 / We're sick!

We are Julius (37) from Germany and Mars (40) from the Netherlands. We are married, have children, and are entrepreneurs with our partners.

In this episode we talk about the past week, unfortunately, Mars is a bit under the weather on his week off and has to rethink his workout plans accordingly, he is alone with his dog and child, so the challenge is even greater. We also talk about our books, what we regret most in our lives so far, emotional communication with our children, what's great about being a father, and what we weren't told before when it comes to fatherhood.

Julius' challenges include a 45-minute indoor workout, a 45-minute outdoor workout, reading ten pages of a non-fiction book, taking a daily photo, no junk food or alcohol, drinking 3.8l of water, and a vegan diet.

Mars is committed to completing a full workout daily, drinking three liters of water, reading ten pages of non-fiction, no junk food or alcohol, eating a healthy and wholesome diet, and completing a daily mindfulness exercise.
