Lythander blocks his old ex with his new star monster ex's assistance, and stumbles into yet another antagonist's schemes through sheer comic dice roll luck! Again! Gavel summons another weirdly horny Second Circle Demon as a war strategist, and has to pet a cat: a much more dangerous task than it sounds! Nue considers going on sabbitical again to stop Stinger's advance on coastal kingdoms while the rest of the Circle deals with inland threats. Spider...is still a plant!
