2025 World Championships—Coach Matt Whitcomb says, 'We believe in it and I still love the event. I think it is an amazing thing!'

The 2025 FIS World Championships in Trondheim, Norway. The Men’s 50k Freestyle has always been the pinnacle of Nordic sport, and today the Women raced 50k for the first time at a championship event.  To say the conditions were soft would be a huge understatement. Coach Matt Whitcomb says, 'We believe in it and I still love the event. I think it is an amazing thing!' Reporting by Nat Herz and Stuart Harden.
