In this special episode we interview Gemma Metheringham Founder of the_elephant_in_my_wardrobe. Gemma has a true passion for clothes and to champion talent and positive change in the world, and this shines through in our conversation.


Previously at Next where she created, launch and ran @labelmix her career has spanned 3 decades and has included positions of Head of Design at Next and 17 years at Karen Millen as Creative Director. She is currently studying the Fashion Futures MA at LCF.


In our first episode we talk about Gemma’s career, her biggest regret and the advice she would give others who are leading brands today.
