A Talk with Yara Barqawi

At 35, amidst the challenges of relocating from Syria to Dubai, raising three children, and leaving behind a decade-long career in architecture, Yara found herself disconnected, overwhelmed, and sinking into stress. In search of strength and balance, she turned to yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork—a journey that not only healed her but transformed her life.

Now, as a certified yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork teacher, with six years of teaching experience and deep studies in anatomy, neuro-mechanics, and nervous system regulation, her mission is to empower Arab women —especially moms— to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their emotions, and build both physical and emotional strength.

She integrates science-backed movement, breathwork, and meditation to help women lower stress, find inner peace, and age gracefully. Her approach is more than just focused on wellness—it’s about creating freedom from within, allowing women to step into their power and cultivate a life of balance, resilience, and joy.

Specialties:

Yoga & Mindfulness for Stress Relief

Breathwork for Emotional & Nervous System Regulation

Neuroscience-Based Movement for Strength & Longevity

Helping Moms Reclaim Self-Care & Inner Balance
