Hi Friends! It’s been a bit, but I’m back to share my heart and talk all things. All the feely things. In this fresh episode, I share why it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me and a suggestion I have to get through the craziness we are living in.

A simple writing and letter to 2020. Acknowledging where we have been together and how my chosen perspective is driving me into 2021.

Yep, it’s true. This has been a crazy season. Sharing where I am at in a season full of chaos and unrest, trying to find rest. Sharing ways to make it through the constant changes around us! Glad to be back with you all!!

This is not a how to, but a encouragement for your journey into the wonderful world and challenging experience of potty training. Although, we are in the midst of it now, I share some of my thoughts on mindset and how important it is to let your kiddo teach you while you teach them!

Loving our babies well is something I believe dwells within us. We don’t always need fancy techniques to be a good mother. What we need is self awareness, our own healing and to have needs met to keep us from becoming the emotional equivalent of a category 4 hurricane. There is no way to be the perfect mom, but there are things we can do to be a healthy one!
