Let's get cooking and get fit together! 20-Minute Chicken Stir-Fry Ingredients: - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips - 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, carrots) - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon ginger, minced - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 1 tablespoon honey - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil - Cooked rice or noodles for serving Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. 2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. 3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute. 4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes. 5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey. Pour over the stir-fry and cook for an additional 2 minutes. 6.
