Both Jim and Erik have been coaching with Vibrant Faith for years, and each has their own coaching practice as well.  In this episode, they sit down for a conversation with our Director of Coaching, Jim LaDoux and talk through the realities of what it’s like to coach churches to take the next steps in moving their church’s formation culture to one that is ACTUALLY home-centered, and not just focused on the church’s programs.
