Vicky Ennis is a post-primary school teacher and yoga teacher in Antrim. A recent yin graduate and a life-long learner she is trying to balance her understanding of the practice of yoga while navigating the wellness industry and its contradictory messaging.

In this episode, Vicky shines a light on yoga itself, and its reduction from a spiritual practice to a money making industry. As a teacher, and previous student of Grace's, she explores a variety of issues around the intent, integrity and readiness of teachers.
