In this episode, we dive into one of the worksheets in the Follow(H)er workbook - Her Formation as we discuss the heart of Christian spiritual formation—what it means, how it shapes us, and why it's not about perfection but daily transformation. We explore how everything around us is forming us—whether we realize it or not—and how intentional formation in Christ leads us to become more like Him.
Praise Gichuru shares her story of being shaped by scripture, family legacy, and informal discipleship, highlighting the irreplaceable value of God's Word in a world full of noise. Through honest conversation, we reflect on what it really means to follow Jesus, elevate scripture, and engage in spiritual practices that root us and transform us into His image.
