EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
Dr. Sina Gallo, Dr. Alex Kojo Anderson, and Amanda Harner, explore infant and maternal nutrition throughout the lifespan in this 2 part episode of the FACS of Life | Infant & Maternal Nutrition. Listening to this episode could shed some light on your current nutrition habits and attitudes towards food. If you plan to be a leader in your community this is an important topic. Many chronic health conditions can be, at minimum, managed through good nutrition and, at best, avoided completely through good nutrition. This is the case throughout the lifespan which includes during formation in the womb.
