Today I’ll take you on a 10 minute meditation journey where we will attempt to live more in our present lives and be more aware of our surroundings. Relieve some stress and clean your mind. The majority of our day consists of worrying about what we have done or worrying about what we will eventually do, and you miss out on little intricacies and beauties each day that make life so special. So take some time to smell the roses, as they say, and be more in the moment with me.
