Whitbread are a leading hospitality business responsible for brands such as Premier Inn and Beefeater. In recent years, Whitbread has received external recognition and awards for their work within the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) field.
During our conversation, we discuss some of the contributory factors that enabled Whitbread to successfully implement EDI initiatives, key learnings derived so far and the progress they are continuing to make within this area.
