Hi there! Its great to meet you - my name is Kimberley but most call me Kimmy. I decided to make a podcast as I felt inspired to share my thoughts and ideas in the moment. Feeling very comfortable with using my voice recording to express where I am at, this podcast is basically an expression of myself and using my voice to talk about whatever I feel in the moment. Are we choosing empowerment?

We cant choose everything, but we CAN choose how we approach things, if we are going to be empowered or disempowered? It is all a choice - attitude is a choice.

A word on observing ourselves, considering our thinking from moment to moment.

Even the most positive people can doubt and be unsure and feeling more vulnerable and potentially delve into the victim mentality, its whether we are aware and observing ourselves and where we stay most of the time.
