What is people pleasing? How does it effect us?

Just some thoughts on the topic of people pleasing, some reflection of what Ive observed in my own life.

People will always have an opinion based off of their own experiences.

Being a messenger of truth within ourselves we dont need to be defined from how we feel in any given moment as perspectives can also change.

I love to be challenged with thinking and different perspectives, it adds to the richness of life.

I choose to share my voice calmly and confidently.
