Jamie Grayson is a certified trainer in DE&I through the University of South Florida. He has spent over two decades as a senior executive in the financial industry where his passion for serving people of all colors and backgrounds, to have the opportunity for financial freedom and success. He is a former collegiate athlete, a national speaker on youth leadership, workforce development, and the advancement of courageous conversations for change in schools and businesses. He serves as the Executive Director and Founder of People Of All Colors Succeed Organization, aka POAC Succeed, a nonprofit organization that brings real world learning concepts to the next generational leaders in area high school juniors, and seniors. Through in class trainings, workshops, and mentorship programs, they look to partner with local organizations and businesses to provide internship opportunities, on the job training, and skills development tools to help enhance students (MVA) Market Value Assets, for higher paying jobs in their future.
