Hello everyone, welcome to another episode of Expat Coffee Break, a podcast dedicated to sharing personal experiences and stories of immigrants about living abroad.

My name is Javier, and in this episode, I shared some of the Work Culture differences between Mexico an the United States.

This time, I talk about the differences I´ve experienced with: Personal relationships inside and outside of work, Communication style with my peers and managers, How the culture celebrates independence in the work environment, some of the employment laws and benefits, Jokes in the office, Political correctness, and a few other rants that I put out there.

With my story, I hope to assist in making a more educated decision to whoever is interested in immigrating with a Professional Visa applying for an international job, by sharing the experiences that you don´t usually know about until you have already moved.
