Lack of clarity can create a lack of authenticity. Staff might feel they are not effective because their target is always moving. It can create siloed ministries or departments. None of these things will create momentum nor help you get closer to achieving your mission. If you don’t have a culture that encourages people to implement your mission, you will never achieve it.
