EPS 20 The Interconnection of the Elements of Wellness with Amanda Lee

In today's episode, we have Amanda Lee speaking with us on the importance of not just fitness, but wellness. She dives into the interconnections of the four elements of wellness and how wellness and fitness are different from each other. Amanda gives us some excellent tips on how to go from hating exercise to loving it as she shares her own experiences with exercise.

For over a decade Amanda Lee has been helping women transform their lives. She’s the founder of Your  Live Well Journey, a program that teaches women how to get out of the cycle of overwhelm, live with  less stress, and improve their self-care. Amanda is trained in the areas of holistic health, meditation,  mindfulness, and energy healing.

As a wife, mother of two young children, and wellness entrepreneur, Amanda knows firsthand how  challenging self-care can be. After redesigning her own life nearly 2 decades ago, she’s now committed  to assisting other women on their own path of self-care and healthy living. Her mentoring program  combines her training and intuition helping women learn how to put themselves at the top of their to do  list.

Amanda lives in Toronto, Canada and works with women from all over the world both one-on-one and  in workshop settings. Her mission is to let every woman know that practicing self-care is a necessity, not  a luxury and it can be done without feeling any guilt.

You can sign up for Amanda’s free newsletter filled with healthy recipes and tips for living well at  https://yourlivewelljourney.com.
