In this session, the presenter will utilize his experience as a professor of food science as well as a quality consultant, auditor, and food safety practitioner to present the steps that industry and academia can take to partner in building the future of the food safety workforce. Attendees will learn how they can get involved in this activity on an ongoing basis.
