Each 30-45 minute episode looks at a different aspect of the program . The first two episodes release at the beginning of May, and the remaining eight then release weekly through May and June. In this final episode of Executive HRD, the new podcast series from the University of Houston, we look at the main lessons learned from the series to answer the question of Why Executive Education? To do this, we explore what surfaced about the people who go through the program, what it was like for them to study in the Executive Master’s, how they and their organizations benefited from the program, and how the Executive Master’s was designed to deliver those benefits. Along the way, we revisit a few of the most memorable conversations featured in the first nine episodes.
