In this third episode of Executive HRD, the new podcast series from the University of Houston, we explore benefits for organizations employing students and alumni of the Executive Master's in HRD. To do that, we meet eight current and former students as well as two members of the University faculty. Together, we look at how organizations have benefited financially through process improvements, new teams, and new programs that all flow directly from projects within the Executive Master’s. We also look at how organizations benefit through the daily use that students and alumni make of what they learn in the program.
