Today as we enter our final week of study on female imagery in Revelation, we’ll be discussing the Bride of Christ from Revelation 21. There is wedding and marriage language throughout both the Old and New Testament and it serves as a common metaphor for God’s covenant of faithfulness with his people. All of that culminates here at the end of the Bible, where the story comes full circle. This makes it clear how much Revelation is truly a book about hope and our trustworthy God who keeps his promises.
