Welcome to Season 2 of Evolving With Life Coach Jarell. I can’t believe that we’re almost 6 months into the year. Seems like yesterday that it was New Years and I started this new podcast to share with you all. With time, one must continue to grow and accept the new offerings of life. I had the blessed opportunity to travel to Bali, Indonesia as a personal gift to myself for my 40th bday. When I tell you all that I truly learned so much about myself and life while on this trip. Bali was a dream trip for me as I dreamt of going as soon as I watched Eat Pray Love with Julia Robert’s portraying Elizabeth Gilbert. I desired the experience that Elizabeth Gilbert once created and lived through in the book as well as the movie. So yeah, I booked a trip and went. While on this trip, I began to realize just how disconnected I was from myself, my health, life and my purpose. Leading up to the weeks of my trip, I kept asking myself, what is this new era of my life gonna be called? What does it feel like? How does turning 40 tie into this new era? And then one day it hit me….OFF THE GRID. It felt and sounded sooooo right!!!! I realized before traveling to Bali that I needed to refocus, rebuild, release, detox and more than anything GET OFF SOCIAL MEDIA. I decided while in Bali, I wanted to fully embrace the culture, people, food, living, trips, happiness and more with no hesitation. And of course, I did. Now that I am back home in Charlotte, NC, the work begins. Now that I am OFF THE GRID, my life and my journeys will be poured into this podcast for the next few months or until I make my way back to the grid. This season will contain episodes from my days in Bali, events, thoughts and experiences back home and more. Buckle up as I take you along with me….OFF THE GRID.
