He has authored multiple books, his most recent being The Enneagram: Why your Blind Type Matters.
In this interview, Flemming shares about his journey as an Enneagram Type 3 and how through the Enneagram as well as Zen Buddhist practices of mindfulness and the Inner Observer he has come to experience greater love, connection, meaning, purpose, and presence. He has learned to slow down and pause more and he has come to appreciate the value of his heartfelt contributions to the greater community–not only today’s community but to the next generation and those generations yet to come.
